It all started with a frustration.<\/p>

Not a business plan, not a market analysis. A specific feeling that anyone who has ever seriously collected something knows well.<\/p>

You had built something. A collection with meaning, a thread, a logic. Then the next drop arrived and everything you had accumulated became irrelevant. The series ended. The brand moved on. You were left with objects that had no connection to each other.<\/p>

The idea did not come from a product. It came from a question.<\/p>

What if every piece belonged to something bigger? What if rarity was a rule of the system, not a marketing decision? What if the object you hold today still meant something five years from now?<\/p>

The answer to those questions became MOJI.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first problem to solve was physical.<\/p>

A collectible that lasts over time needs to be protected. Not wrapped, not packaged. Sealed. The choice of the transparent PMMA display case is not aesthetic, it is functional: the object is visible, exposed, but intact. It cannot be touched, it does not deteriorate, it does not lose value over time.<\/p>

The case is not the packaging. It is part of the product.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The second problem was the reveal.<\/p>

In a blind system, the moment you discover what you got is everything. Tancredi solved this with the snitch: a mechanism in the outer packaging that reveals the gem before the inner box is ever opened. You see the rarity before you see the piece. The anticipation becomes part of the experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The third problem was structure.<\/p>

Every generation has fixed, predefined rarity tiers built into the system. They do not change based on sales, they are not adjusted after launch. They are a rule, not a promise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first generation does not have a declared final number. It has something more important: a commitment.<\/p>

We do not overproduce. Every drop is controlled, every release is considered. The first drop is 500 pieces. Then we will continue, with the same logic, the same system, the same care. The first generation will grow over time, but it will never become an indistinct mass of objects without meaning.<\/p>

Those who are here now know they were among the first.<\/p>
